80+ Job Boards Used by Top Startups to Source Talent

JOB SEARCH STRATEGY
THE STARTUP JOB BOARD LIBRARY.

One of the most common questions I’ve heard working with ambitious startup job seekers is, “Where do I find the roles?”

There are three main ways to identify target roles.

  1. Networking: Reaching out to people you do and don’t know to build relationships and share what you’re looking for (I wrote about this last week and in many prior newsletters).

  2. Targeted Research: Using sites like Crunchbase and PitchBook to research companies in the size, stage, and industry you’re targeting, then looking at their careers page for open roles (Here’s my newsletter about how to use Crunchbase to find thousands of potential target companies).

  3. Job Boards: This is what I’m sharing today.

Over the last two years, as different job boards have come onto my radar, I bookmarked and added them to a Job Board folder.

I saved them for a moment like this when I could put them into a document and share them with every startup job seeker on the hunt.

So, click on the link below, and I’ll send you my database of 80+ startup and VC job boards that cover just about every startup job in existence right now.

But remember… it is not enough to apply.

Role identification and application is step one.

Next comes eliminating all hiring manager doubt and demonstrating value.

That is the real work.

Use all the other techniques I discuss in prior newsletters to land the job.

Let’s go get you that job! 🏆
